Rhett Yankowski founded Advanced IT Concepts, Inc. in 2012, at his home office in Houston, TX. He had decided after many years working within a corporate environment to branch out into his own technical support company. Rhett brought with him the experience of almost 2 decades of technical support ranging from the beginning entry level positions to an executive with large privately-owned company and an IT Director with Stewart Title overseeing Technical operations for over 5,000 users. Advanced IT began with minimal support, but soon added many partnerships with Dell, WatchGuard and Zix to better serve his customer base, with always a security focus in mind. A year later, Advanced IT brought in VOIP solutions, so that its customers would have only one company to call for all of its technical support needs. In 2015, Advanced IT Concepts incorporated Hosted Services into its menu of offerings, after many clients looked to reduce the on-premise infrastructure direction. After much research, he decided to use their own servers, rather than go with Cloud providers such as Amazon or Microsoft, so that they could have better control of their customers’ environment, and thereby server their customers better. Although primarily dealing with the Title Insurance Industry, Advanced IT works with Legal, Insurance, Energy, Health Care and Manufacturing Industries, as well as governmental entities.
